Özet

Kontrastsız BT'de hiperdens arter işareti akut serebral arter trombüsünü gösterebilir; damar kalsifikasyonu bu işaretin tanınmasını güçleştirebilir. Çift enerjili BT’de VNCa ve renk kodlu kalsiyum üst üste bindirim görüntüleri, akut trombüsü damar duvarı kalsifikasyonundan ayırmaya yardımcı olabilir. M1 oklüzyonu olan hastalarda mCTA ile trombüsün gerçek uzunluğu ve yoğunluğu ile kollateral dolaşım değerlendirilebilir. Kalsifik plağı akut tıkanma saymak yalancı pozitif yorum doğurur; gerçek hiperdens damar işaretini kalsifikasyon diye geçmekse oklüzyonun erken fark edilmesini engelleyebilir.

Kontrastsız tanısal
Nonkontrast BT'de hiperdens arter işareti (HAS) intralümeneral akut trombüsü gösterir ancak damar duvarı kalsifikasyonu bu tespiti zorlaştırır. Hematokrit artışı, Willis poligonu ve serebral venöz sinüslerde yaygın atenüasyon artışına yol açarak kontrastlı incelemeyi taklit edebilir. Nonkontrast BT'de yüksek CT numarası veren damar görünümü polikitemide de görülebilir ve ileri görüntülemeyi gerektirir.
BTA
Çokfazlı BT anjiyografide (mCTA) lümen içi dolam kusuru ve kollateral dolum derecesi, hiperdensidadenin trombotik oklüzyona neden olup olmadığını değerlendirmede kullanılır. Normal BT ile kıyasla

Aynı bölgenin, kaynak veri setinde patoloji içermediği belirtilen bir BT incelemesini kesit kesit kaydırın; organ sınırlarını açarak anatomiyi hasta görüntüsüyle karşılaştırın. Küçük rastlantısal bulgular tümüyle dışlanmamıştır.
