Özet

Solunum ve kalp hareketi görüntü kalitesini düşürür; kalın kesitlerde küçük yapılar arasındaki ortalama (parsiyel hacim etkisi) ölçümleri etkiler. Solunum ve kardiyak hareket artefaktları akciğer parankimi ve vasküler yapıların görüntü kalitesini düşürerek değerlendirilmesini zorlaştırır; ayrıca kesit kalınlığına bağlı parsiyel hacim etkisi Hounsfield birimi değerlerini değiştirebilir. Kesit kalınlığı ve rekonstrüksiyon parametrelerinin değişimi nodül ölçümlerini ve karakterizasyonunu etkileyebilir; ince kesit morfolojisi ve ardışık görüntülerin birlikte kullanılması değerlendirme standartlarını oluşturur. Görüntülemede belirsiz bulguların yönetimi, gereksiz takip işlemlerinin önlenmesi ve tanısal gecikmelerin minimize edilmesi açısından dikkatli protokolleri gerektirir.

Nodül karakterizasyonunda ince kesit BT morfolojisi değerlendirmeye dahil edilmelidir.

Normalde

Şüpheli odakların değerlendirilmesinde ince kesit tomografi morfolojisi, bulguların örtüşüp örtüşmediği ve zaman içindeki değişimleri klinik bağlamla birlikte ele alınmalıdır.

Normal BT ile kıyasla

Aynı bölgenin, kaynak veri setinde patoloji içermediği belirtilen bir BT incelemesini kesit kesit kaydırın; organ sınırlarını açarak anatomiyi hasta görüntüsüyle karşılaştırın. Küçük rastlantısal bulgular tümüyle dışlanmamıştır.
