Özet

İliak kemikteki besleyici damar (nutrient) kanalları kontrastsız BT kesitlerinde kırık veya metastaz gibi görünebilir. Pelvik travmada BT, pelvis halkası kırıklarını ve kemik fragmanlarını göstermeye yardımcı olur. Karşı taraf kıyası tanıyı destekleyebilir; komşu yumuşak doku hematomu pelvis travmasına eşlik edebileceğinden kemik bulgularıyla birlikte değerlendirilir.

Okuma sırası

  1. İlium medial korteksi. Aksiyel BT görüntülerinde iliak kanattaki olası kırık bulgularını değerlendirin.
  2. İliak kemik içi kanal. Aksiyal kesitlerde iliak kemiği değerlendirin; koronal veya sagittal MPR görüntülerinde pelvik kırıkları ve kemik fragmanlarını inceleyin.

Normalde

Normal iliumda besleyici damar kanalı medial yüzeydeki giriş deliğinden kemik içine uzanıp dallanabilir. Kanalın giriş noktası, kemik içi seyri ve dallanması çok düzlemli görüntülerde izlenebilir; karşı tarafla kıyaslama ek bilgi sağlar, ancak dallanma örüntüsünde taraf farkı görülebilir. Kanal hattından ayrı kortikal kesinti, basamak veya fragman ile pelvis halkasındaki ek yaralanmaları ayrıca arayın.

Normal BT ile kıyasla

Aynı bölgenin, kaynak veri setinde patoloji içermediği belirtilen bir BT incelemesini kesit kesit kaydırın; organ sınırlarını açarak anatomiyi hasta görüntüsüyle karşılaştırın. Küçük rastlantısal bulgular tümüyle dışlanmamıştır.
