Peritoneal lenfomatozis, lenfomanın nadir bir intraperitoneal yayılımıdır ve en sık non-Hodgkin lenfomayla ilişkilidir; lenfomanın ilk başvurusu olarak da ortaya çıkabilir. Kontrastlı batın BT’de omental büyük homojen kitleler, periton ve mezenter yapraklarında düzgün kalınlaşma ve mezenterik hastalığa eşlik eden büyümüş lenf nodları görülebilir; bu bulgular lenfomatozisi destekler. Normalde
Normal omentum BT'de yağ yoğunlukludur; mezenter damarları birbirinden seçilir ve çevre yağ planları korunur. Periton, karın boşluğunu döşeyen ve karın organlarını örten ince bir zardır. Omental kekleşmede büyük homojen kitleleri ve mezenterik hastalığa eşlik eden büyümüş lenf nodlarını ara; bu nodlar lenfomatozis için tanı ipucu olabilir.
Normal BT ile kıyasla
Aynı bölgenin, kaynak veri setinde patoloji içermediği belirtilen bir BT incelemesini kesit kesit kaydırın; organ sınırlarını açarak anatomiyi hasta görüntüsüyle karşılaştırın. Küçük rastlantısal bulgular tümüyle dışlanmamıştır.
