- C1-M2 ayrışması — medial kuneiform ile ikinci metatars tabanı arasındaki aralık asimetrik açılır veya eklem yüzleri paralelliğini kaybeder.
- Fleck fragmanı — Lisfranc bağının kemik tutunma noktasından kopan küçük parça C1-M2 aralığında ya da M2 tabanı yanında görülür.

Normal BT ile kıyasla
Aynı bölgenin, kaynak veri setinde patoloji içermediği belirtilen bir BT incelemesini kesit kesit kaydırın; organ sınırlarını açarak anatomiyi hasta görüntüsüyle karşılaştırın. Küçük rastlantısal bulgular tümüyle dışlanmamıştır.
