Özet

Lineer atelektazi, subsegmental atelektazinin çizgisel biçimli görünümüdür. Persistan perihiler lineer atelektazi subsegmental bronş obstrüksiyonunu düşündürebilir ve primer akciğer kanserine bağlı olabilir. BT'de plak biçimli atelektazi, eşlik eden bronş daralmasıyla birlikte görülebilir.

Okuma sırası

Posterior bazal alt lob. Opasitenin fokal subsegmental olup olmadığını ve çizgisel biçimini değerlendirin.
Lineer opasitenin ardışık kesitleri. Opasitenin kalınlığını ve hilustan laterale uzanan çizgisel seyrini değerlendirin; olgu raporunda yaklaşık 5 mm kalınlığında lineer yoğunluk bildirilmiştir.
Bandı çevreleyen bronkovasküler yapılar. Bir olgu raporunda, sol perihiler bölgedeki yoğun kalsifiye nodülün sol üst lob bronşunu daralttığı ve sol üst lobda plak biçimli atelektaziyle birlikte bulunduğu bildirilmiştir.
Segment bronşu, plevra ve komşu parankim. Bandı ilişkili bronşla birlikte değerlendirin; plak biçimli atelektazi bronş daralmasına eşlik edebilir.

Ölçütler ve sınıflamalar

Lineer (eski adlandırmayla plak/bant) atelektazi: Lokal atelektazinin lineer, plak veya bant biçimindeki morfolojik tanımıdır; anatomik yaygınlığa göre subsegmental olabilir. Bu terim mekanizmayı tek başına belirtmez.

Şüpheli çizgisel opasiteyi önceki incelemelerle kıyaslayarak yeni olup olmadığını değerlendirin.

Normal BT ile kıyasla

Aynı bölgenin, kaynak veri setinde patoloji içermediği belirtilen bir BT incelemesini kesit kesit kaydırın; organ sınırlarını açarak anatomiyi hasta görüntüsüyle karşılaştırın. Küçük rastlantısal bulgular tümüyle dışlanmamıştır.
